We are looking for a fulltime Equipment Resource Coordinator for a temporary position for six months. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of the company's equipment pool. Your role ensures the timely preparation, inspection, and mobilization of equipment to project sites and crane vessels, as well as their proper demobilization and storage post-project.

You will also serve as the technical expert on slings and shackles, handling all related queries and providing input. You should be well-versed in Heerema Marine Contractors' standards, client requirements, and relevant classification and statutory regulations for slings and shackles. Your dedication to going the extra mile will be crucial in helping projects find the best rigging and shackles solutions.

Your scope of work includes:

?"️Contributing to the logistics plan by reserving, registering, and allocating Heerema Marine Contractors equipment within the rigging budget;
?"️Setting up and maintaining project information in relevant systems;
?"️Monitoring and recording the location of equipment;
?"️Developing shipping and (de)mobilization plans for specific transports and projects;
?"️Preparing requisitions for new orders of large slings, grommets, and shackles, and following up throughout the fabrication and delivery process;
?"️Possessing general knowledge of international standards in rigging and lifting gear.

You are an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in an offshore contracting company. You possess a flexible, problem-solving attitude and have strong knowledge of transportation and installation techniques. Additionally, you bring:

• A Vocational or Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Logistics field;
• Experience and knowledge of lifting equipment (preferred);
• Experience in an engineering environment (preferred);
• Proficiency in transportation and installation techniques;
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of maintenance and allocation programs.
