Who We’re Looking For: As a key member of the EU Market Access & Reimbursement team, the Manager Market Access & Reimbursement is to provide accurate and current analysis of markets around Europe and contribute to the formation and execution of the market access strategy in assigned markets. The position is reporting into the Senior Manager Market Access & Reimbursement. About the Role: Obtain detailed understanding of relevant country healthcare systems and reimbursement pathways as well as barriers to access and reimbursement Engaging regularly with local payers and policy makers will be a core part of this position and therefore, excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential. Analyze local access issues and opportunities, anticipating changes in the local healthcare landscape and act as the access partner for all the businesses of the company. Develop and execute a market access strategy in assigned European markets on the basis of thorough analysis of those markets. Navigate reimbursement and market access strategies compliant with business principles of Laborie Provide informational programs and Collateral Support Materials to Laborie internal Customers to Optimize Product Reimbursement. Provide Informational Programs & Collateral Support to Customers to Support Practice Economics Around Laborie Products. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Market Access and/or Reimbursement experience in Europe. Some understanding of Health Economics Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management certification preferred.
