Overview of the Position We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Designer to join our team responsible for creating highquality and impactful design assets across various media including web social media sales enablement materials and print. The ideal candidate will excel at quickly turning around creative projects while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is essential as well as a strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design work. The Marketing Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling web design and content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Design and Production: Create and produce a variety of marketing design materials including web page designs social media content digital banners email templates video assets sales enablement materials and other content as needed.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines maintaining a cohesive and professional look across all marketing channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing sales and content teams to understand project requirements develop creative concepts and deliver designs that meet strategic goals and deadlines.
Iteration and Feedback: Quickly iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders making necessary adjustments to improve visual appeal and effectiveness with consideration for deadlines.
Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign are essential
Proven Design Experience: A minimum of 24 years of experience in a marketing design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work including web social media sales enablement and print materials.
Quick Turnaround and Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering highquality designs within deadlines without compromising on creativity or attention to detail.
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams understand project requirements and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
