Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

LeasePlan is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a fulltime Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and be ready to take on a range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with current and potential clients - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
