Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Mendix, a leading digital marketing company based in Utrecht, NL, is seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize digital campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising - Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure campaign execution is on track and within budget - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team - Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations - Driven and passionate about digital marketing - Strong people management and time management skills
