We live for fresh armpits; fresh as a polar bear garden party. That means fresh without aluminium, parabens, no micro plastics and no nanoparticles. No salts and no cheap perfume. We don’t do propellants or canisters but put nuud in a bioplastic tube made from sugarcane. With this we made over 3.000.000 armpits happy in 100+ countries.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and optimize the influencer budget for the designated market, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define monthly budgets per market to achieve revenue targets and closely monitor performance against these targets.
• Assess and optimize the influencer marketing team's monthly plan to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing detailed reporting and actionable insights to top management.
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management within your scope, including prospecting, negotiation, booking, execution, and analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 full-time employees and 2 interns, providing guidance and support to foster growth and success.
• Act as the ambassador for nuud, engaging with fans and influencer scouts at events and/or tradeshows to enhance brand presence and partnerships.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields, demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve set targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in fostering a supportive team environment that champions creativity, innovation, and a commitment to ongoing enhancement.
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of German or French is a plus.
