A vegan anti-odorant that is magically effective for 3-7 days. We live for fresh armpits; fresh as a polar bear garden party. That means fresh without aluminium, parabens, petrochemicals or any other vague chemicals. No salts and no cheap perfume. We don’t do propellants or canisters but put nuud in a bioplastic tube made from sugarcane. With this we made over 3.000.000 armpits happy in 100+ countries!

How you’ll make a difference:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Junior Graphic/Brand Designer to join our in-house creative department. As a Junior Designer, your work will consist of creating and designing advertisements, weekly marketing campaigns, social media content, website elements, banners, newsletters, packaging and in-store visuals/POS materials for the nuud brand. Together with our Lead Designer, you'll have a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our brand remains consistent and engaging across all channels. You will get into the heart of our consumers by producing high-quality, on-brand visual content for both B2C and B2B. You’ll be a highly motivated individual and looking to grow your experience, pushing yourself to deliver original, innovative design outcomes.

As a Junior Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the team to visually bring brand campaigns to life through research, mood boards, graphic treatments, and mock-ups.
• Refine visual assets on feedback, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in creative post-production activities.
• Create and adapt digital and print graphics for global audiences and partners.
• Ensure artwork accuracy and consistency, aligning with project specs.
• Handle image editing and retouching tasks.
• Design visual content for social media platforms, aligning with marketing and branding strategies.
• Maintain and improve design templates to streamline content creation processes and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs with precision and creativity.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong ability to visualise ideas.
• Quick learner, eager to grow and passionate about design.
• Self-starter.
• Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), Microsoft Office Suite and an agile team framework (Confluence, Asana).
• 1+ years experience in Digital/Graphic/Brand Design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills in both commercial and creative projects.
• Experience with video editing and animation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously all with a positive mindset.
• An affinity for natural cosmetics or prior experience within the beauty/lifestyle brand industry is advantageous.
• You live in or are planning to move to the Netherlands as we do not offer a relocation package.
• Fluency in English

Desired skills (non-essential):

• Knowledge of (mobile first) UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience in Motion Design.
• Experience in 3D/modelling/prototyping.
