Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Royal Dutch Shell is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This position is perfect for someone who is independent, energetic, and passionate about marketing.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns - Assist in creating content for social media and other marketing materials - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends - Support the development of marketing plans and strategies - Coordinate marketing events and promotions - Assist in analyzing marketing data and reports - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - People management and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other marketing software - Experience in digital marketing is a plus
