Marketing Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at The Next Closet, a leading fashion marketplace in Eindhoven, NL. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals. 2. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns. 3. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 4. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers. 5. Create content for marketing materials, including website, emails, and advertisements. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Assist in developing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. 9. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. 5. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software. 6. Experience with e-commerce and fashion industry is a plus. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace to work from home.
