Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Bynder, a leading digital asset management company based in Rotterdam, NL, is looking for a dedicated and independent Online Marketing Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing. The role will involve supporting the marketing team in executing online marketing campaigns, analyzing data and metrics, and contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and managing online marketing campaigns across various platforms. 2. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. 4. Monitor trends in online marketing and propose innovative ideas for campaigns. 5. Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages and email marketing campaigns. 6. Support social media management and content creation efforts. 7. Help organize and participate in presentations and webinars.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in online marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. 6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
