Online Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Boskalis Westminster in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resourceful, possessing strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase brand awareness - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
