The person we are looking for will deal with the administration and accounting of legal entities managed locally. You also will be doing the accounts payable and receivable activities for the company. Preparing Value Added Tax returns and assist on the preparation and submission of Corporate Income Tax returns by our tax advisor.Furthermore, you will be working on the following tasks:

What you will do?

• Consolidates financial data of all companies of Exiros group.
• Ensures accurate and timely submissions of monthly/ quarterly reporting packages based on internal and IFRS standards.
• Assist on the preparation of the annual financial statements for statutory purposes.
• Responsible for System Development & maintenance for entities in SAP Exiros (management of accounts, cost centers and report painter).
• Corporate governance and compliance with Dutch norms and regulation s.

Exiros is a global company with presence in 15 countries, that offers integral procurement solutions form supplier sourcing activities to inventory management. It is the global procurement company of Tenaris and Ternium, among other Techint Group. Leveraging on market knowledge and purchasing power, Exiros also supplies materials for different customers around the world through its trading company. The team where you will be working consists of 1 coordinator and 3 analysts. It is a small team where you can switch directly and easily.

The location of the office is based in Amsterdam and easily accessible by public transportation, car or bicycle.

Wat vragen wij?

Your skills:

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an international environment.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Economics.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel advanced level), SAP FICO.
• English both spoken and written, Second Languages Spanish & Dutch is plus point.
• Excellent analytical, organization and administration skills.
• Prioritize, oriented to meet tight deadline on a consistent basis, strategically strong and ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
• Strong focus on critical view, proactive, handle multitasking and pursue different approaches to our work by demonstrating flexibility, transparency, agility and global thinking.

• A salary arround € 4000 ,- gross per month;
