Or send both documents to . We are currently seeking a talented and professional Senior Marketing Communications Advisor to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be driving our marketing communications strategy forward. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create meaningful campaigns to show the impact of Foodvalley in the food transition. How do you contribute to our journey? As the Senior Marketing Communications Advisor, you are responsible for the marketing communications of 1 of our innovation fields: Protein Transition, Food & Health or Circular Agrifood. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute marketing communications materials to increase engagement and conversion rates and contribute to the objectives of the innovation field. Lead the communication projects in collaboration with internal teams, including the innovation lead, program managers, project coordinators, community managers and our partnership manager, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Create effective campaigns with creative content across various channels and events to show our impact. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with external agencies to develop content and marketing campaigns effectively. Stay informed about the latest trends in marketing and community management to identify and leverage opportunities to enhance our presence. What makes you the ideal person we are looking for? Your capabilities: To succeed in this role, you are a senior advisor for the innovation lead but also hands-on in delivering campaigns. You are result driven, excel in a dynamic organisation, and able to stay focused on our key priorities. You are creative with excellent marketing communication skills. Your background: We are looking for candidates who have a background in B2B marketing communication. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication, with at least 10 years experience in a similar role in a complex, international environment. Worked with expert leads on knowledge intensive topics. Are able to work on strategic, tactical, and operational level. Create an operational marcom plan to deliver our propositions to our target audience. Develop campaigns, propositions and the partner journey. Excellent project management skills. Work data-driven to increase engagement and conversion rates. Able to lead juniors in non-hierarchical collaboration. Motivated by driving our mission to accelerate the sustainable food transition worldwide. Exceptional writing ability in English (C1 level) and Dutch (B1 level) (mandatory). You have a work-permit for EU Countries in place (mandatory). You are a team player who continuously wants to improve.
