Job Description:

Guerrilla Games, a leading game development company in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a dynamic and driven PR Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level PR professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in promoting our games and engaging with media outlets and the gaming community.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute PR campaigns to generate buzz and excitement around our upcoming game releases. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry figures. 3. Coordinate press events, interviews, and media tours to ensure maximum exposure for our games. 4. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials. 5. Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the impact of PR efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure PR initiatives align with overall brand and messaging strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for PR outreach. 8. Assist with crisis communications management if needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of successful PR campaigns in the gaming industry. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Creative thinking and innovative approach to PR strategies. 6. Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Driven, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
