Job Description:

BUX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Den Haag, NL, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Pitch media outlets to secure coverage and interviews - Write press releases, blog posts, and other communication materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts - Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and brand voice - Stay current on industry trends and developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
