Account Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support and accelerate our Corporate Fitness partnerships across Europe. You'll be the central point of contact for our partners, coordinate collaboration with local market teams, and help shape the strategic development of this growing business line.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

As Account Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for our corporate fitness partnerships across Europe. You'll work closely with our two main partners, local country teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation, aligned strategies, and strong performance.

You'll analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate lead generation efforts, all while ensuring that our corporate fitness offerings complement our core memberships rather than compete with them.

Your Responsibilities:

Partnership Management

• Act as main contact for corporate fitness partners and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate collaboration between partners and local teams to optimize performance
• Monitor strategic balance between corporate fitness and standard memberships

Analysis & Lead Generation

• Analyze partnership results and create reports on conversion and retention
• Identify and share best practices across markets
• Develop lead generation initiatives and identify potential corporate clients

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with your Business Development team and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, and Operations to align messaging and tracking
• Support partnership opportunities and contract renewals with strategic insights

Who Are You?

A strategic relationship builder who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive results. You work autonomously but collaborate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.

We're looking for someone with:

• 1-3 years of experience in partnership/account management or business development

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities

• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
