As an Account Manager within Client Services, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth across a global client base. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post -service follow -up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate business agreements
  • Provide professional, timely, and customer -focused support
  • Maintain knowledge of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures
  • Support and execute strategic sales plans
  • Forecast client activity and set performance targets
  • Analyze market trends to identify customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar)
  • Document client interactions, visits, and communications daily
  • Generate reports and track performance metrics
  • Participate in tradeshows and industry conferences
  • Coordinate client training sessions and field inspections when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming, sales, marketing, or customer service
  • At least 3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Proactive, self -motivated, and results -driven
  • Valid driver’s license required
