As an Account Manager within Client Services, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth across a global client base. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post -service follow -up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Deliver sales presentations and negotiate business agreements
Provide professional, timely, and customer -focused support
Maintain knowledge of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures
Support and execute strategic sales plans
Forecast client activity and set performance targets
Analyze market trends to identify customer needs
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar)
Document client interactions, visits, and communications daily
Generate reports and track performance metrics
Participate in tradeshows and industry conferences
Coordinate client training sessions and field inspections when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming, sales, marketing, or customer service
At least 3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
Fluent in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
High attention to detail and quality
Proactive, self -motivated, and results -driven
Valid driver’s license required
