Job Description - Account Manager Endoscopy - Noord Nederland
As an Account Manager Endoscopy, you will be responsible for expanding market share and strengthening customer relationships in the Northern Netherlands. You will develop and execute sales strategies, support endoscopic procedures, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Account management and sales - Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including endoscopists, nurse specialists, department managers, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams. Market development - Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and contribute to strategic sales planning. Customer engagement and education - Support scheduled endoscopic procedures, ensure smooth product usage, and provide training sessions to enhance customer confidence. Strategic collaboration - Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to drive growth and market penetration. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. You take initiative, build trust, and understand the complexities of hospital environments. Sales experience - Ideally, you have experience in a sales or customer-facing role (e.g., Account Manager, Field Clinical Specialist, or Product Specialist). Experience in capital equipment sales and tenders is a plus. Medical devices knowledge - Experience in endoscopy is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with broader medical device backgrounds. Strong relationship builder - You excel in networking and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Commercial mindset - You are strategic, goal-oriented, and motivated by driving business success. Education and language skills - You have a relevant higher vocational degree (HBO) and fluency in Dutch and English.
