Join Our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist!

In this role, you'll take ownership of key accounting and controlling tasks that ensure our financial processes run smoothly and transparently. While some patience with routine admin is needed, this position is far from dull — you'll help shape and optimise how we work as a finance team, building best practices that scale with us. • Create and send client invoices quickly and accurately
  
  

• Process bank transactions and match payments with ease
  
  

• Support the Finance Manager with monthly routines and ad hoc tasks
  
  

• Respond to daily questions about payments and invoicing
  
  

• Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders
  
  

• Support audit preparations for assigned areas
  
  

• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
  
  

• Help improve internal finance procedures and workflows

• A degree in Applied Sciences (Finance & Control, International Business, Finance Tax & Advice, or similar)
  
  

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
  
  

• Excellent English communication and writing skills
  
  

• Strong Excel skills
  
  

• Detail-oriented and organized working style
  
  

• Proactive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a can-do mindset
  
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
