• Assist the Finance Officer in preparing and filing financial reports to government agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with local consultants to facilitate the accurate and timely preparation of financial documents and reports.

• Prepare monthly financial reports for submission to the head office, including reconciliations and analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes.

• Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities, all functions, duties and

• responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;

• Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized person;

• Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting 

• Very familiar with Dutch Tax Laws and practices. 

• Having a CPA certificate or equivilant is mandatory 

• Familiar with Audit and Financial controllership 

• Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and oral.
