In your position you will work on accounts payable processing at first but we support you to grow your field of responsibilities quickly to additional accounting tasks. If you already have accounting related work experience (ideally in AP/AR) great – but motivated graduates are also welcome to apply!Execute day-to-day financial administrative tasksHandling of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable processes (source-to-pay) and bank transactionsProcessing of incoming invoices, incl. verification and reconciliationFocal point for invoice related supplier topics, clarify questions with MLS business units and suppliersSupport preparation of weekly payment run and month-end closing activitiesPreparation of tax declarations (VAT) and similar reporting requirementsAudit support: Preparation of financial auditsAssist the Senior Accountant in miscellaneous daily operations(Recently) Completed Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or preferably in a related fieldRelevant professional experience in Finance/AccountingGood knowledge of bookkeeping / invoice processingHands-on mentality with a high level of accuracyAdvanced skills in MS Office, especially ExcelExperience with accounting software, preferably SAPMotivation to learn and grow responsibilities within the finance teamWillingness to work in an intercultural team with English being the main business languageDutch language skills considered as a strong plusWith our extensive training plan and tailor-made development programs, we invest in the professional and personal development of every employee.
