Accounting and Control Manager

As our Accounting & Control Manager, you’ll lead a team of 15 FTEs (7 direct reports) and report directly to the CFO of Unilabs Netherlands. You’ll own the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, manage statutory filings, and ensure robust internal controls and cash flow oversight across our Dutch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Control team
• Oversee financial reporting in line with IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and tax regulations
• Deliver accurate month-end and year-end closes, statutory accounts, and tax filings
• Manage cash flow and oversee AP/AR processes
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems
• Act as main contact for auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and support transformation initiatives

• Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or similar; RA/CPA/RC preferred
• 8+ years in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and tax legislation
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience in international or matrix environments is a plus
