About the Role 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Prague, with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a desire to grow.

As part of our international finance operations, you’ll support accurate invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation — while collaborating with colleagues from different departments and geographies. What You’ll Do 

• Issue customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to resolve invoicing or payment issues.


• Monitor customer accounts, apply incoming payments, and manage overdue balances.


• Assist with refunds and ensure correct documentation is in place.


• Support the accounting of accrued revenues.


• Review transactions processed through payment gateways.


• Reconcile customer accounts with the general ledger during monthly and annual closes.


• Track and follow up on aging receivables.


• Assist with ERP system setup and improvements, particularly in AR-related workflows.


• Contribute to internal and external audit processes.


• Participate in projects aimed at improving and automating AR processes.


• Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.

About You

You are structured, communicative, and eager to learn. You bring a foundational understanding of accounting and an international mindset, and you enjoy being part of a collaborative, multicultural team. You’re not afraid to ask questions, suggest improvements, or take initiative when you see an opportunity.

What We’re Looking For 

• Education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.


• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounting, both locally and internationally.


• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).


• Ability to read and understand Czech in a business/accounting context.


• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.


• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.


• Basic Excel skills and interest in working with financial systems and ERPs.


• Readiness to work with international teams and adapt to global processes.


• Motivation to grow professionally within the finance and accounting domain.
