Neways NAA is a leading player in electronics for the Semiconductor and Healthcare industries. Due to the growing demand for circular products, we are expanding rapidly. To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant – Test Engineering.

In this role, you contribute to the smooth execution of various administrative processes within the Test Engineering department. You handle the administrative processing of ongoing orders and support an efficient, well‑structured workflow. Your contribution is essential to maintaining an organized and streamlined working environment.

Job requirements

Your daily responsibilities include

  • As an Administrative Assistant-  Test Engineering you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects related to the calculation of test coverage within our engineering team. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining Test Strategy Documents (TSDs) with input from various engineers.

  • Assigning orders that are on hold in production to the appropriate engineers, in order to minimize production downtime as much as possible.

  • Updating test documentation when minor changes occur or when improvement proposals arise from production
