We ARE Renewables is looking for an Advisor for one of our clients in the energy sector.
Network Coordination wants to gain control over the workload of 28 network coordinators. Currently, there is a lack of overview of ongoing assignments, the origin of work activities, and time spent. The assignment focuses on developing a practical solution within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to make the workload of network coordinators visible and manageable
Tasks and Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement a digital registration structure and dashboard environment that provides insight into:
• ongoing assignments per network coordinator;
• the origin of assignments;
• estimated and actual time spent;
• workload per management area.
In addition, an investigation will be conducted into existing planning sources within the organization, and a planner function will be tested during a pilot.
Key Requirements
• Specialist knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI.
• Experience with process analysis, information management, and dashboard development.
• Ability to conduct independent research and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of capacity and workload analysis
Location:Rotterdam + Hybrid
Duration: September 2026 – November 2026 (Extension is possible)
