Job Description - AI Engineer





  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

  • Be a productive member of the team.





Requirements



  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

  • Select appropriate algorithms, train models, and perform hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance and accuracy.

  • Develop and implement Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI solutions to address business requirements.

  • Convert AI/ML prototypes and proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready APIs and services.

  • Integrate AI/ML models with existing enterprise applications and business platforms.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines, model training environments, and production infrastructure.

  • Monitor deployed models for performance degradation, data drift, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of AI/ML solutions in production environments.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

  • Support the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
