Role Overview:
You will architect GoSpooky’s next-generation AI ecosystem—designing intelligent workflows, multi-agent systems, and internal tooling that supercharge our creative and operational capabilities. This is a newly created, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of AI systems thinking, creative innovation, and real-world implementation.
You’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of GoSpooky’s AI Agent strategy, establishing a centralized team to deploy scalable agentic solutions across the company. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of technical depth and operational foresight, capable of navigating both cutting-edge tools and the cultural dynamics required to drive adoption.

You will serve as the bridge between bold innovation and practical execution—building robust systems, championing ethical AI practices, and embedding agent-based automation into the heart of our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish GoSpooky’s centralized AI Agents Team and set its vision and roadmap.


• Collaborate with internal AI Champions and craft leads to scope agent use cases.Design, build, and maintain AI agents that streamline core agency workflows and integrate with existing platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable etc.


• Coordinate pilot programs and oversee phased implementation strategies.


• Define success metrics including usage rates, time savings, and eNPS impact.


• Implement agent feedback loops, memory systems, and continuous learning cycles.


• Manage third-party AI tool selection and platform orchestration.


• Lead internal onboarding and training on AI agent usage.


• Champion GoSpooky’s AI Code of Conduct—ensuring transparency, ethics, and privacy.


• Promote a responsible, iterative approach to building in rapidly evolving AI environments.


• Demonstrated ability to anticipate AI trends and design systems with future scalability in mind.
  
  

Nice to have

• Background in computer science, software engineering, design ops, or creative technology.


• Prior experience at a creative agency, studio, or startup.


• Familiarity with GenAI platforms or toolsets like Runway, Midjourney, ComfyUI etc.


• Hands-on experience with tools like Slack Workflows, GitHub Copilot and vector databases.


• History of leading training sessions, onboarding programs, or internal AI education.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across creative and technical teams.
