AI Solutions Manager

As an AI Solutions Manager, you'll be part of the Development team and based at our HQ in Zwolle with incredible & talented colleagues. Ready to join us on this journey?

As AI Solutions Manager each day you will participate in the team stand-up to share what challenges you are facing and what you are working on. Your focus is to identify AI opportunities within different departments and build end-to-end AI solutions based on business requirements, you work from a project board (Kanban) where you research or directly execute tasks in sequence, test and implement. You integrate AI platforms with existing systems using APIs and automation tools, while maintaining and improving our AI solutions based on business objectives and your own insight. You will regularly participate in discussions with teams regarding technical approaches and business rules. You will become part of our own in-house development team with fun and experienced colleagues. There is space and budget for development in what you think is cool and what you feel good about!

BRING YOUR AMBITION
Are you excited to grow with us and ready to take it to the next level? We hope you bring these skills and experiences with a positive & ambitious attitude:

• You get excited about building AI solutions that solve real business problems!

• You have extensive experience in process optimization and API integrations;

• You have extensive experience with AI platforms, automation tools, and basic programming (modern JavaScript/HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel);

• A plus if you also have experience with data analysis and workflow automation platforms;

• Good to know: Working from our office in Zwolle at least 3 days a week. Fully remote working (outside EU) not possible

• Collaborative mindset: you thrive in team environments and are skilled in using Git and managing pull requests.
