Functiedoel

Als Allround Medewerker bij ons Sigma Service Center in Rotterdam ben je het gezicht van onze vestiging. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende service richting klanten, ondersteunt bij verkoopactiviteiten en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van het filiaal. Je bent veelzijdig inzetbaar en hebt een commerciële instelling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Adviseren en bedienen van klanten in de winkel.

• Verwerken van orders en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

• Voorraadbeheer en aanvullen van producten in de winkel.

• Klaarmaken van bestellingen en coördineren van leveringen.

• Ondersteunen bij commerciële acties en promoties.

• Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en representatieve werkplek.

Wat breng je mee?

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een commerciële opleiding.

• Ervaring in een klantgerichte of retailomgeving is een pré.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte houding.

• Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om verschillende taken op te pakken.

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands.
