The Netherlands based institutional client advisor team has a need for a sales support analyst. This is an integral role within the institutional sales business. The preferred candidate will be required to work closely with the client advisors to help build and sustain client relationships within the institutional business of JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM). The group is responsible for the distribution of all JPMAM products (pooled funds, segregated solutions, ETFs, etc). The target market includes the largest pension funds, insurance companies and foundations headquartered across The Netherlands and Belgium.Key Responsibilities will include:Partner with client advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development processHelp identify new business opportunities and upcoming product searchesResearch prospects within territory, keep client advisor abreast of client developments and industry trendsAssist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in the CRM Tool and kept up to dateWork with the Request for Proposal (RFP) team to prepare and review new business proposalsCoordinate with product teams on client presentations, portfolio reviews and ongoing relationship management effortsRespond to client requests and manage client communications efforts to promote continuous sales dialogue and build client relationshipsPartner with marketing team on new product launch initiatives and client eventsInteraction with finance departmentGeneral ad-hoc admin support for the senior sales teamUnderstand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirementsQualifications & Experience Required:MasterDegree (or equivalent) in Financeis desirable but not essentialInterest and understanding of Asset Management industry and investment fundsSelf-starting team player, hardworking and eager to learnHigh grade on flexibility and capability to work under pressure alongside attention to detailShould be able to quickly form relationshipsMust be comfortable initiating projects and working under limited directionLanguage - good command of Dutch and English is requiredAnalytical skills - The ability to quantitatively analyze JPMAM's and the competition's products/performanceSoftware and database skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPointEager to learn the client on-boarding & operational processes.We would see this vacancy as a great entry level opportunity within our institutional business providing an ideal platform for graduates keen to start their career within Asset Management.In the future, the right candidate can evolve into a role of junior client advisor within the Benelux Sales Team.We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
