Analytics Platform Specialist

You’ll join the central Data Platform Team, focusing on how data is consumed across the business. 

In a typical week, you might: 

• define and drive Power BI standards for data models, visuals, performance, and governance 

• enable self-service analytics by defining templates, guidelines, and best practices 

• design and improve shared dashboards and semantic models used across multiple departments 

• manage core datasets, semantic layers, and shared business metrics 

• optimize Power BI performance, refresh strategies, and overall platform cost 

• manage access, roles, and security in close collaboration with governance teams 

• collaborate with data engineers to shape data models that work consistently in Power BI 

• identify opportunities to simplify and standardize existing reports and dashboards 

• explore and implement AI features in Power BI (Copilot, smart narratives, anomaly detection)
