Job Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Technical Design Lead to bring visionary ideas to life, from conceptualization to the final phases of design implementation. This role requires blending artistic vision with technical prowess to develop functional and sustainable designs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of architectural and industrial projects from concept through completion.
• Create and refine detailed 3D models, production files, and Shop Drawings using advanced software such as Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams to ensure designs meet all requirements and standards.
• Coordinate project schedules and resources, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of designs.
• Supervise project teams, offering technical guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct research and integrate sustainable practices into all design projects.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; Bachelor’s degree considered with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in Rhino required; Intermediate proficiency in Grasshopper.
• Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a flair for creative and effective solutions.

Additional Requirements: 

• This role is based in Amsterdam and requires candidates to be legally able to work in the Netherlands.
