Job Description - Architectural Estimator

endless room for growth. The Architectural Estimator role requires an individual who is detail-
oriented and self-motivated — and who’s ready to have some fun along the way!

Your responsibilities in this job
• Prepare and submit quotations, including technical submittals, in a professional manner while
meeting deadlines.
• Create 3D visualizations and technical drawings using software such as Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Translate design concepts into models, and create technically
feasible drawings.
• Read and interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Dive deep into cost estimation, BOQ calculation, and confidently navigate multiple files and data
sources.
• Provide general sales and sales-related administrative support.

You’re hired if you have
• Proficiency in Rhino/Grasshopper, plus the ability to pick up and learn other tools as needed.
• Advanced Excel skills
• 2+ years’ experience working in an architectural, manufacturing, or construction contractor
office/environment (where product knowledge is transferable).
• Experience in subtractive manufacturing is a plus.
• Understanding of the architectural stages and construction tender and delivery process; ability
to digest customer specifications and show both technical and commercial acumen to propose
and cost successful systems, designs, and solutions within project budget.
• Demonstrative experience in using CRM systems, with strong attention to detail and a natural
desire to build clean portfolios and manage pipelines of future sales opportunities. ( experience in Dynamic 365 is a plus)

Practical requirements
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; any other language is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage feedback and expectations effectively.
• Candidate must be based in Amsterdam or have the possibility to relocate to Amsterdam on their own.
