As 400 Support Executive

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Thinkwise Platform (Low-Code/No-Code).
  


• Manage and prioritize the AS400 application backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  


• Define product requirements and represent business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  


• Support Agile delivery teams and drive the stable operation and continuous improvement of the AS400 application landscape.
  


• Act as the primary liaison between business users, AS400 engineering teams, SAP teams, vendors, and leadership.
  


• Provide day-to-day functional leadership to AS400 engineering teams.
  


• Prioritize work, facilitate sprint planning, and guide teams toward achieving business objectives.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing enhancements.
