As an assembly worker, you're responsible for assembling, mounting, and visually inspecting semi-finished or finished products according to established standards, work sequences, and work instructions. You'll use standard hand tools and measuring equipment, such as a microscope, soldering equipment, manual equipment and cleaning equipment. You'll report to the Team Leader/Unit Manager.
Tasks must be carried out to ensure the required output in accordance with the established rules, procedures, and QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology, and Cost) requirements. Within the department, manual assembly of PCBs and ceramic substrates is carried out. Both mechanical and electrical components are mounted during this process. Work takes place under strict cleanroom conditions. Within the team, the Assembly worker is responsible for performing assigned tasks accurately, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, as distributed by the Coordinator / Team Leader.

You start with simple assembly and installation tasks, later adding repairs and modifications to standard products. At higher levels, you work on complex products and prototypes, performing advanced assembly, installation, and repair tasks. Each level brings greater responsibility and technical expertise. We also require:
· (Pre-)Vocational (MBO) working and thinking level.
· Knowledge of company rules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Understanding of departmental process control.
· Ability to read technical drawings.
· Knowledge of components.
· Knowledge of the English language.
· Available 32 to 40 hours per week.
· As an assembly worker, you prepare, assemble, and inspect semi-finished or finished products according to work instructions and standards.
· You are responsible not only for bonding activities, but also for maintaining a strong focus on the precise soldering of micro-components within the assembly process.
· You handle component preparation, assembly, rework, and repairs, record your work, and report deviations.
· You follow all Health & Safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, use PPE correctly, and report unsafe situations.
