Working across either PCB Assembly or Module Assembly, you ensure products are assembled accurately, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. Your work directly contributes to the success of our customers in industries such as semiconductors, automotive, and industrial applications.

Whether you are building PCB assemblies, assembling modules, performing inspections, or identifying improvement opportunities, your contribution helps keep our production processes running efficiently and effectively.

·        Our work takes place generally in two shifts:

Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

We understand that everyone has different schedules. That's why this role offers flexibility. Whether you're available for a few mornings, several afternoons per week, or specific weekdays only, we'd be happy to explore a schedule that works for both you and our production team.

What You Bring to the Team

You work both in the cleanroom and outside and are comfortable in a technical production environment where quality and accuracy are paramount.

Furthermore, you bring the following:

·        A VMBO/MBO technical background in electrical and/or mechanical fields.

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring lists and electrical diagrams.

·        Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn.

·        Experience with assembly work using tools such as screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters and wrenches.

·        Good command of the English language to communicate effectively in a diverse, international team.

·      Strong focus on safety and familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety, environmental regulations, ESD rules, 6S and company procedures.

·        Accuracy, responsibility and a hands‑on mindset.

·        Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system and in a cleanroom.

·        Good communication skills and the ability to support or train new colleagues.

·      A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility: you raise questions, signal quality issues, take ownership of your work, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Job requirements

Your Daily Responsibilities

You will work in a modern, clean environment assembling, soldering, and inspecting our products. You follow digital work instructions and use up‑to‑date assembly techniques suited to a high‑tech production setting.

As a PCB Assembly technician, you will place electronic components onto printed circuit boards (“stuffing” PCBs) based on work instructions or technical drawings. You prepare components by cutting, bending, and trimming them, and you help ensure quality by inspecting completed PCBs. Quality is our top priority.

As a Module Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient construction of electrical and mechanical modules, racks, and cabinets. Your expertise ensures products are assembled according to strict work instructions and delivered on time, ensuring a smooth production process. 

Your Tasks also include:

·        Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards, and modules.

·        Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.

·        Follow work instructions and production procedures.

·        Testing and verifying assembled products.

·        Identifying deviations and escalating them when necessary.

·        Ensuring products meet the required quality standards.

·        Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

·        Collaborating with colleagues and supporting daily production activities.

·        Contributing ideas for continuous improvement within the production process.
