Assistant Maintenance

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated maintenance assistant to join our team.

As a maintenance assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. You will work closely with the maintenance team and report to the assistant or Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Informing guests and colleagues about planned work and its progress.

Correct use and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment.

Performing maintenance and light technical tasks and cleaning duties

Working safely and environmentally consciously according to applicable guidelines.

Planning, reporting, and keeping track of completed tasks.

Assisting colleagues when necessary.

Maintaining an orderly and tidy workplace.

Carefully adhering to safety regulations.

Providing general support to the Technical Department.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and KNOW Mobile.

Good command of the English language, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Ability to perform tasks independently and willingness to learn.

Flexibility in working hours and availability on Saturdays.
