As an Assistant Breakfast Manager you are responsible for:

• Managing and coaching the breakfast employees. 
• Selecting and training new staff. 
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, HACCP and working methods. 
• Coordinating the work and making adjustments in the event of problems. 
• First-line handling of questions and comments from guests.
