Associate Concept Design Architect - AMS

This Associate Architect role is exclusively focused on leading concept design with an emphasis on innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing groundbreaking visual concepts and driving the creative vision for architectural projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for overseeing and delivering the front -end concept designs, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation rather than technical execution.
  
• Set and maintain high standards of design, acting as a driver for new ideas and creative thinking in the practice.
  
• Present design concepts and strategies compellingly to clients, stakeholders, and industry audiences, communicating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions. 
  

Essential Qualities

• Outstanding creativity demonstrated in concept design, with a portfolio showing originality and visionary thinking.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate buildable design ideas, that are buildable and inspire confidence in others.
  
• Strong interpersonal abilities for leading teams and motivating colleagues around creative objectives. 
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s is preferred.
  
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience focused on concept design.

• Recognition or certification by an internationally respected architectural association is advantageous.

• Initiate and develop innovative design ideas that differentiate projects and inspire clients.
  
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, mentoring and empowering team members to challenge conventional thinking. 
  
• Engage with clients and industry professionals to champion bold design solutions and maintain strong relationships.
