Associate Director Manufacturing - Dongen (NL)

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, production isn’t just about output. It is about pride, precision, and performance. As Associate Director Manufacturing, you oversee every step of the production journey at our Dongen site, where thousands of bottles of Coca-Cola, Aquarius and Fuze Tea are produced every single day.

You lead a team of five direct reports: four Production Managers, one Senior Manager Maintenance and a Labour Planner. With clear direction and purpose, you drive performance, safety, quality, and innovation across the site. You set the standard for operational excellence, and your leadership empowers others to deliver their best work, every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the production department with clear strategic direction and purpose


• Delivering on budget, volume, and quality targets


• Coaching, supporting, and developing production managers and their teams


• Ensuring full compliance with safety, maintenance, quality, environmental and sustainability standards


• Monitoring output and market service levels, ensuring reliable maintenance and cleaning execution


• Creating a positive and inclusive team culture where people feel valued, seen, and motivated


• Leading improvement projects and inspire and collaborating across departments to push continuous improvement and operational excellence


• Elevating quality by sharing your own deep technical expertise


• Driving talent development and engagement through performance coaching and inclusive leadership

Your profile

You are a strategic operator, a people leader, and a voice of clarity on the shop floor. Your calm and credible presence inspires confidence and ownership across your team.

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Food Technology or a similar technical discipline)


• A solid track record in manufacturing/operations within the process industry


• A natural leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and engagement


• Experience aligning teams across multiple layers of the business


• Strong communication skills in English, preferable also in Dutch


• For this role, it is essential that you have a valid work permit for the Netherlands


• Analytical thinking and a hands-on mindset


• The ability to translate big-picture strategy into day-to-day excellence
