Automation & Process Specialist Financial Reporting & Regulatory Reporting

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting tools in Excel and Word, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Improve existing tools and support the implementation of new reporting solutions.
• Use Python to manage reporting formats (JSON, XBRL, xHTML, XML) for accurate and efficient data presentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to integrate custom applications that improve reporting processes.
• Support automation initiatives across departments, optimizing workflows and operations.
• Work with cross-location teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in financial and regulatory reporting tools.

As an Automation & Process Specialist, you will help find optimal automation solutions for reporting challenges. You will work closely with Financial & Regulatory Reporting teams, supporting asset managers, fund administrators, and pension funds in preparing reports and solving complex reporting issues across multiple countries and standards.

• Higher education degree and minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power Query (Office 365) for complex reporting tools.
• Proficiency in VBA and Python to automate tasks and enhance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting or asset management (or strong interest in these fields).
• Interest in AI and its applications in workflow automation.
