Job Description - Automation Test Engineer (ID: 3673)

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
Execute functional, regression, and integration test suites
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements
Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Review existing test cases and convert them into automation scripts
Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
Ensure application quality across different browsers and environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand -ups

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of experience in automation testing
Strong hands -on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of API testing (Postman/RestAssured is a plus)
Basic understanding of databases and SQL

You should possess the ability to:

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts
Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Work independently with minimal supervision
Communicate clearly with technical and non -technical stakeholders
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Adapt quickly to changing project requirements
Think critically and identify edge cases in testing
Collaborate effectively within cross -functional teams
Ensure high -quality deliverables under tight deadlines
Continuously learn and improve testing practices
