Driving commercial growth in one of the most dynamic B2B technology markets, this role focuses on expanding Samsungâs laptop business across the Benelux region. Based from the Schiphol office, the position works with leading organizations and partners to unlock new opportunities and strengthen Samsungâs presence in the B2B market.
How you make a difference
In this role, responsibility lies in driving the success of Samsungâs Notebook portfolio within the B2B market, focusing on SMB and key verticals such as Healthcare, Government/Public, Trade & Logistics, Finance & Insurance, Retail and Industry. Acting as the Notebook specialist within the B2B organization, the role collaborates closely with vertical sales teams, partners and end customers. By understanding customer needs and translating them into relevant solutions, Samsungâs laptops are positioned effectively within both new and existing accounts.
In addition, the role contributes to building a strong partner ecosystem of resellers, operators and strategic partners across the Benelux. Through close collaboration and a strong commercial mindset, opportunities are identified, complex deals are supported and growth of the B2B Notebook business is accelerated.
Key Responsibilities
Driving business growth (40%)
- Achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the Notebook category
- Sell-in forecasting and sell-out achievement
- Develop and execute strategic account and vertical growth plans
- Generate new opportunities through demand generation and market insights
Acquisition of new vertical accounts (30%)
- Identify and win new key accounts within targeted vertical markets
- Build compelling value propositions and manage opportunities from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Channel, Bid Desk) to deliver the right customer solutions
Development of SMB and channel partners (30%)
- Position Samsungâs B2B Notebook portfolio with resellers and operators
- Build and expand strategic relationships with customers and partners, including C-level stakeholders
- Enable partners through training, joint activities and solution positioning
- Act as the primary contact for accounts and manage escalations when needed
Your team
The role is part of the B2B Mobile division, consisting of 21 professionals, including 5 direct colleagues based at the Schiphol office. Reporting to the Sales Manager B2B Benelux, the position works closely with internal stakeholders. Responsibility also includes the Belgian market, requiring travel to Belgium approximately once a month for sales meetings and customer engagements. The team is energetic, commercial and collaborative, with a strong focus on impact and results.

Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, International Business or a related field
- 5â8 years of experience managing Notebooks in a growing business environment
- Strong solution and product knowledge with a deep understanding of customer needs
- Proven ownership and entrepreneurial mindset in managing the Notebook category
- Experience in market entry strategies, vertical markets, and pipeline management
- Strong network with stakeholders from C-level to IT decision-makers
- Native Dutch and professional proficiency in English
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
