As we scale, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team in Rijswijk (32-40 Hours/week).As a Marketing Manager you will take ownership of all our B2B marketing efforts, driving brand and product awareness, and generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). As our B2B Marketing Manager at Helin, you'll own and scale our marketing engine - from building brand- and product awareness to generating MQLs - all within a fast-growing tech environment where your impact is direct and measurable. 

You are the strategic leader responsible for developing compelling content, day to day managing the collaboration with our marketing agency and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic B2B marketing plan aligned with Helin’s growth objectives. 
• Manage and collaborate with our marketing agency to ensure alignment with company goals, incl coordination and execution of content creation, campaign management etc. 
• Craft and refine our brand positioning for key industry segments, including offshore, renewable energy, and industrial operations.
• Lead content creation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and video materials.
• Organize and oversee marketing initiatives such as events, roundtables, and customer reference programs.
• Execute demand generation campaigns, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing automation tools.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to create compelling narratives and value propositions.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance through analytics tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in strategic B2B marketing within a SaaS, platform, or industrial technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, customer-facing value propositions.
• Experience with go-to-market planning for SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in lead generation and demand creation strategies.
• Ability to craft high-quality content that positions Helin as a thought leader in data-driven industrial operations.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Excellent Communications skills and experience working in an international environment, with a global brand. 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in channel and partner marketing.
• Familiarity with co-marketing initiatives involving system integrators and technology partners.
• Background in industrial safety, maritime, or energy sector marketing.
