Thanks to your customer-oriented skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. In addition to managing the bar and the One Lounge, this is part of your duties:

Delivering a smooth, fast service

Help organize the bar service and determine all necessary standards and schedules in collaboration with the department manager

Advise guests and actively sell Motel One Lounge products to achieve the One Lounge sales budget

Help order food, drinks and spirits for the bar and take inventory at the end of the month

Gain interdepartmental insights into new areas of work by working in our multicultural teams

Have completed an internship in the hotel sector and/or have gained work experience in the hotel sector/catering industry or want to make a career change

Have an open attitude and good communication skills

Have customer-oriented skills and a passion for the hotel sector

Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations

Be a team player and be willing to assist outside your own department - because together we achieve our results
