Bike Mechanic (f/m/d) - Brabant

• Safety checks and maintenance: You carry out regular inspections of our e-bikes and ensure that they are in top condition for our customers
• Fault diagnosis and repairs: you will recognize and fix recurring problems and share your findings and solutions with the team if necessary
• Spare parts organization: You order and manage spare parts in our storage so that you are always optimally equipped
• Complete fleet support: You take responsibility for your fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance
• On-site service: You visit our partner companies to maintain and repair their e-bikes directly on-site
• Focus on customer satisfaction: actively gather feedback from our customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our service and encourage dialogue with them

• Experience: Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering is advantageous. Alternatively, a strong technical understanding and relevant personal experience are also acceptable
• Passion for Bikes: E-bikes and bicycles are your passion, and you know how to repair them
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• Working Hours: The position can be filled on a full-time basis
• Driver's License: A Class B driver's license is mandatory for this position
• Mobility: You are willing to travel daily for work to various cities
