Bilingual Marketing Executive - Danish, Dutch, Swedish or German Speaking

Working closely with the sales team to achieve our growth goals and marketing objectives in the Nordics and Netherlands region.·

Defining the Nordics and Netherlands marketing budget allocation and strategy, working with the Marketing Director and the functional marketing team (digital, content, operations, etc).·

Recommending strategies, channels and tactics to implement in the Nordic and Netherlands marketing plan.·

Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tactics, such as email marketing, social media, events and webinars.·

Analysing market trends and competitor landscape in the Nordics and Netherlands region.·

Developing a clear understanding of the business goals for Nordics and Netherlands and delivering on the relevant marketing KPIs.·

Leveraging corporate and Europe-wide marketing content and adapting as needed to better serve the Nordics and Netherlands market.·

Evaluating productivity and ROI of marketing strategies for the Nordics and Netherlands market.Ideal candidate profile:· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.· Fluent in Dutch, Danish, or Swedish (native or bilingual proficiency) and English. An additional European language would be beneficial but not essential.· Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a marketer.· Knowledge of digital marketing and events best practices.· Excellent organisation and communication skills – written and oral.· Great attention to visual details and brand identity requirements/ guidelines.· Teamwork, adaptability and flexibility to deal with multiple priorities and projects.· Good time-management and prioritisation skills.· Experience within a B2B setting is a plus.· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools and software.By applying for this role you are consenting to your personal data being shared with Prosci Inc (US-based), or Nexum Group SRL AND/OR
