Salary: €90,000 Basic Salary

A growing, technically specialised international organisation is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and optimise all operational activities across the BeNeLux region. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement in a project-driven, industrial environment.​

The role

• Lead and develop Operations and Yard Managers to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality services across rental operations, logistics, installation, maintenance and system decommissioning.​
• Take full ownership of key operational KPIs including fleet utilisation, service performance, quality, safety, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.​
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of processes, ensuring best practices are embedded to support efficiency and growth.​

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer projects are delivered on time, safely, and in line with technical and regulatory standards.​
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making and methodologies such as Lean or similar.​
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, safety and quality requirements.​
• Identify and manage operational risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.​
• Act as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with Sales, Engineering and Shared Services to ensure seamless service delivery.​

Candidate profile

• Several years’ leadership experience in Operations, ideally within equipment rental, mechanical or industrial services, logistics or other project-based environments.​
• Proven track record of leading multi-site or field-based operational teams in a performance-focused culture.​
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.​
• High sense of accountability, ownership and operational discipline, with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.​
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe; fluency in English required, Dutch or other European languages beneficial.​

Desirable experience

• Background with industrial or rental equipment, such as pump systems, tanks, piping, filtration or spill-containment solutions.​
• Exposure to working under VCA and SIR procedures, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks.​
