Brand & Communication Specialist

Are you passionate about creating compelling (internal) communications and driving brand engagement? We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Communication Specialist to help elevate our brand presence and take our business operations to the next level.

BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm amid an exciting scale-up phase facilitating global cryptocurrency trading while expanding into regulated markets.

What will you do?

-Plan, develop and design engaging internal communications that resonate with our employees.

-Optimize and scale our social media platforms and website by analyzing key metrics and implementing effective strategies.

-Manage and follow up on events and leads using ActiveCampaign, ensuring seamless communication.

-Assist in organizing engaging external events.

-Assist in the planning and executing of our merchandise launches, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand vision.

-Work closely with the People & Culture team to support and enhance our business operations.
