Bus Driver

Overview

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring passengers travel safely, comfortably, and on schedule. Routes may include city services, intercity transport, school routes, and event transport. Depending on your experience, opportunities may also include international routes.

This is a shift -based role requiring flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Safely transport passengers in all weather and traffic conditions
  
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service
  
• Operate standard and/or electric buses
  
• Use onboarding digital ticketing systems where applicable
  
• Report traffic disruptions or technical issues
  
• Conduct pre -departure vehicle inspections
  

• Interview with agency recruiter
  
• Offer issued with specific client terms
  
• (Client dependent) Psychological assessment
  
• Not mandatory for all clients
  
• Candidates who complete the assessment and remain employed for 1 month receive a €250 bonus
  
• Introductory video call with transport company
  
• (If required) Certificate of Good Conduct application
  
• Contract signing
  
• Travel arrangements to the Netherlands
  
• Upon arrival: BSN registration & medical examination
  

Requirements

• CV in English
  
• Valid EU Category D Driver’s License
  
• Valid Code 95 qualification
  
• Valid Tachograph card (must be obtained in home country if required)
  
• Minimum 6 months’ recent bus driving experience
  

• Willingness to provide a clean criminal record certificate if requested
  

• Customer -focused and approachable
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• Strong commitment to road and passenger safety
  
• Flexible with working hours and rotating shifts
  
• Clear communicator in English
  

Benefits

• Hourly rate: From €16.30 (up to €20–€22 depending on client & experience)
  
• Work week: 36–40 hours (as per Dutch collective labour agreement
  
• Net earnings: From approx. €2,600 per month
  
• Overtime & shift bonuses: Paid weekly
  
• Holiday allowance: 8% (paid weekly
  
• Salary payments: Weekly
  

• FREE private room in shared housing (no weekly rent deduction)
  
• Housing located within max. 45 minutes travel time
  
• Travel allowance from €0.22/km (based on fastest ANWB route)
  
• Corporate work clothing provided
  
• Travel cost reimbursement up to €200 (paid after 1 month of service, with proof)
  

• Health insurance: €38.02 per week
